My new sewing baby!

I have a new sewing baby (over locker). She was on sale too, I also got $10 because I’m just that crafty! So far she is a dream! She even came threaded! I’m in love and spending time getting to know her. she is my Jayne i think… as my other girl is Lorelei ( yes i stuck washi tape on her) I’ve already made a skirt and it took me 10 minutes! I’m in sewing bliss!

Quick blog.

Before i know it I’ve been sewing for 4 hours non stop. I’ve had elastic threading issues today, so i have invested in some elastic threading bodkins. I bought 3 different ones because you never know! One is a pinching type, it pinches the elastic or ribbon like tweasers and holds it while you thread. another looks like a giant needle with a ball on the end. It didn’t work with small elastic.. The last one was best and it looks like a threader and you sandwich the elastic in between. This one works the best for small elastic. i […]
