Sewing For Beginners by Kitty Moore
This book is like a beginners bible for sewing. I always recommend getting at least one book, this one or like this to start your sewing journey! I keep this one on my kindle to refer to it if i want to try a new technique and it also has some patterns!
The Better Bag Maker by Nicole Mallalieu
If you are a bag maker, this book has all the information you need to make your bags look fantastic and will teach you bag making in depth. Great to have on hand on your kindle!
Sew it yourself - Daisy Braid
When i saw this book in the local book store i had to have it. So creative and cute. You know i love to support local, Daisy is an Aussie and a twin (like me!) and is a great instructor. I can't wait to make some things from this book for my wardrobe or gifts!
Sewing Happiness by Sanae Ishida
I actually borrowed this from my library but it is also on my list to purchase. Sanae talks about her healing and happiness found in sewing. She had some great projects that inspire happiness. I really loved this book.
Sewing to Sell by Viginia Lindsay,
I read this book when i first started by business. I made children's clothes and accessories and it really helped me with processes used for sewing to sell. It's a must read if you sell what you make. She also has a book called More sewing to sell.
I have a Ebook that has 6 awesome projects in it that you can make in an afternoon!
